Buenas tardes todos!
So this week was kinda actually super crazy. Hermana
Tribe and I were given quite the surprise. I now am in a trio again! Tuesday
President Wright called us and told us that a Hermana from South America had
just gotten her visa and that the Lord had let him know it was good for us to
be her companions for the last week and a half of this transfer. So we traveled
to Santa Rosa on Thursday to pick her up and eat dinner with President and
Sister Wright. It was awesome and I love them so much, our new companion is
Hermana Soba! She is from Uruguay but has taken some English classes so she has
a basis in English. We sure talk Spanish a lot more but that's great. Hermana Soba
is also super awesome so excited, happy, and energetic. I'm not sure what will
happen at transfers but I'm excited to work with her this week she's great.

This week we were able to visit with Jairo some
more! We were able to have a member with us at the lesson and it was so
awesome. Our member and Jairo really clicked, we showed the Christmas video and
talked with him about Christ. Having a member at lessons is the greatest! It
lead into keeping the Sabbath day holy and he understood completely why we do
need a day of rest each week. It was so great and at the end of the lesson he
told us he really wanted to be more involved and that soon things were going to
calm down for him, so he would be able to. He also told us he wants to set
aside 15 min each day to read the Book of Mormon. It was exciting the lord sure
does prepare people and the small blessings that are in each day are amazing.
We began the initiative this week! On Tuesday
we went to central San Rafael and had a bunch of chalk and pass along cards. We
talked to everyone that would stop and asked them how they are going to light the
world this Christmas season. They would
take the chalk and write how they would light the world on the sidewalk. It was
pretty fun, some people were super rude but others super nice, so that was a
party, we were able to talk to quite a few people! It's activities like that, that give you hope and take all hope
for humanity haha.
Also this week was mlc (mission leadership
conference) that I attended with the other STL in our zone. It was a super long
meeting where president and sister wright taught with the APs and other people.
It was such an awesome meeting, like so good. Very inspiring and now we bring
it back to our zones and teach about what we learned, I was so excited to be
able to go and I got to see Hermana Bennett and Hermana Garcia and so many
others. So it's been a pretty crazy week but a very good one.
Well I love you all so much and thank you for all
your support. This week I would like to bear testimony about just how great the
gift of the Holy Ghost it. After we are baptized we can receive the CONSTANT
companionship of the Holy Ghost who can guide and protect us. He is our best
friend and is there at all times we are worthy to have him. It's so great to
know that when I'm doing the right things I can have a spirit with me that
knows me personally and can guide me on the path back to our Heavenly Father!
Love you all lots!
Que tenga un buenísimo semana.
Gracias
